Our Values

Ethical Responsibility

Controlled and Responsible Production

The production of these training heads takes place in a SA8000® certified facility, regularly audited by independent bodies according to strict international standards on ethics and safety. Every workspace is clean, well-lit, secure, and equipped with all necessary measures for worker protection.

These heads are chosen by professionals, academies, and beauty brands worldwide for their outstanding quality and realistic appearance.

The natural hair used comes from ethical sources. The process begins in Indian temples, where hair is donated for religious reasons.

Purchased at official, government-supervised auctions, the proceeds fund schools, hospitals, and social projects.

A Careful, Artisanal Process

The hair is handled with great care: washed, selected, gently lightened without damaging the cuticle, colored, and air-dried. Then it is hand-implanted according to the desired density and direction. Each head receives makeup, a name, quality control, and eco-friendly packaging. Up to 48 hours of manual work go into each unit to ensure a realistic finish, ready for professional use.

SA8000® Certification

Since 2023, production has been SA8000® certified, an international standard that guarantees respect for human rights, no child labor, fair wages, regulated working hours, and benefits. Independent experts conduct regular audits, and ongoing reviews ensure continuous improvement.

Choosing these training heads means choosing quality, ethics, and awareness.

Sustainability

Sustainability

The wastewater generated during the processing of raw hair is purified. The production site of these training heads is located in an industrial park equipped with its own water treatment facility: the water is purified and reintroduced into the water cycle.

Sustainable packaging

After the final quality control, the training heads are packaged in reusable fabric bags made from recycled PET bottles and protected with recycled paper.

CO₂-neutral energy supply

The headquarters is located in the Hartberg Eco Park, where commerce, nature, innovation, and education come together in one place. The entire park is powered by CO₂-neutral energy, following the motto “Naturally Innovative.” These measures also serve as a model for the production facility in China, which is gradually being converted to a more eco-friendly setup—for example, by installing a photovoltaic system.

SlipOn – 100% recyclable, 80% less packaging

The newly developed SlipOn system features a reusable base. Depending on the application, suitable SlipOns can be attached. The foam core and rigid plastic part of the base support are separated from the SlipOns in this system. As a result, the soft plastic component is not mixed with other materials and can be 100% recycled. The base head can be reused multiple times by our customers. After use, only the SlipOns need to be disposed of. This reduces packaging volume by up to 80%, saving both costs and CO₂.
